PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN MAJENE

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, compensation, job satisfaction and motivation, on Employee Performance at the Office of the Regional Secretariat Majene District. The method of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression and testing of the research hypothesis using SPSS 22 program. The results showed that leadership, compensation, job satisfaction and motivation significantly influence the performance of employees at the Office of the Regional Secretariat in Majene District, the magnitude of the influence of these four variables on Employee Performance is 50.71 percent. Of the four independent variables studied, motivation variables have the most significant effect on employee performance.
