PENGARUH SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DAN MARKETING COMMUNICATION PADA KINERJA PT MEDCO INTIDINAMIKA JAKARTA

Today’s business competition is getting more complicated than ever before. In the agriculture business, the war of competition is also very fierce, because many giant players have already been there. New business players must have a unique strategy proposition that enable them  to get into the tight market. One of the strategies to win competition is by maintaining and enhancing the growth of the company that can be done through optimizing marketing performance. This study examined the influence of supply chain management and marketing communication on marketing performance of PT Medco Intidinamika, Jakarta, one of the subsidiary of PT Medco Holding Company which is engaged in the organic rice market. Primary data were obtained through questionnaire distributed to 55 employees in PT Medco Intidinamika Jakarta, Indonesia. The data were analyzed with Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20. The validity test results exceeded 0.361 and the realibility test results were greater than 0.600. The findings of this research proved  that the supply chain management positively and significantly influenced the marketing performance, and so did the marketing communication
